Very big improvement from my last pb, almost no major mistakes and only a couple of minor mistakes. Turns out practicing makes you be actually good at the game.
This speedrun uses the Early Research and Bryyo Map Skip routes, together they are estimated to save over 6 minutes compared to regular routes.

Norion Skip:

Early Elysia:
Solving the Statue in Main Docking Access without Hyper Ball lets us access Elysia early in the game and come back for Plasma Beam, to put it simply, having the map in the wrong room lets us unmorph inside the statue, and by destroying one of the Phazon blobs 9 times instead of all 9 clears the statue, I don't know the technical explanation of how this works but that's how it's done.
Bryyo Map Skip:
Normally before you leave Bryyo, you're supposed to take the map in G.F.S Theseus to later access Bryyo Fire and get Screw Attack in Bryyo Ice. However, with a new secret world found in Landing Site A in Elysia, it's possible to delay Screw Attack until after defeating Helios. Defeating a seed boss makes all the previous world locations available regardless of the circumstances (Valhalla and the rest of Bryyo) so we can skip going to get the map and a short fight exiting Cliffside Airdock. Saves 2 minutes
Early Spire:
Normally to unlock the seed you need to build the Theronian Bomb, place it on the Spire Pod and then drop it onto the Leviathan, it is possible to skip building the bomb (and getting Ship Grapple too) by going out of bounds in Escape Pod Bay, walking to a very far location that is the Spire room itself and transition to it with a connecting dock that was left in the room, starting the Spire Sequence cutscene immediately.
Early Grapple Voltage:
Right after you land to Pirate Homeworld for the first time, you can immediately go to Pirate Research through Transit Station 3-B by getting over the gate in Lift Hub with a precise 2BSJ and carefully moving through the middle part while avoiding the Acid Rain as much as possible.
Hazard Shield Skip:
You can stand in the corner of the barrier in Command Courtyard without getting hit by the rain, that way you can disable the barrier and go through. The game automatically gives you Hazard Shield after beating Omega Ridley, so it's not technically skipped.
X-Ray from Out of Bounds:
It's possible to go Out of Bounds in Defense Access and hit the Proximity Load of Command Vault so you can position yourself where X-Ray would be, skipping the usual trip to it and the puzzle to unlock it.
Spider Ball Skip:
Using the same Out of Bounds described before, you can wallcrawl up to the room above the Spider Track, this is the only Spider Ball use that isn't otherwise skipped.
Nova Beam Wallcrawl:
Going out of bounds in the mines area and going directly to Nova Beam, you're softlocked afterwards so the only way to get out is to die. Whenever you grab a major item in this game, a checkpoint is set in the room you are currently in, so I have the map set to Drill Shaft 2 before picking up Nova Beam and therefore I reload there.
Demolition Skip:
Skip the whole disabling the defense system and breaking through the Transit Stations to the Seed Entrance by going out of bounds in Skyway Access and wallcrawling all the way to the end.
Phaaze Wallcrawl:
Going out of bounds to the Dark Samus room, this is required for the first few rooms anyway since Hyper Ball is skipped, making it a mandatory wallcrawl.
This is a very good speedrun so I'm not going to do Any% again until anything big is found, there may be a ever so slightly chance of me improving this in the future, but for now I'm satisfied with this time. So enjoy the speedrun :)
