Why are circumcises NOT in jail instead of getting tax funded checks.

I started questioning when I started paying attention to the mine being botched at 13. I was done in infancy so I vaguely remember my damage at 5, but was used to it until 13. In 2017 a page on Instagram brought called Rational LGBT brought up the issue. I was 37 by then. I started looking into it more and realized that I wasn't alone. I started thinking back and everything started coming together. When I was 10 years old I discovered masturbation because the spray from the shower hit head my exposed glans in just the right way. I had 27 years of quiet shame because I thought I was the only one with those issues-a penile skin bridge and this ugly skin tag. At 40 I have the sensation of an 80+ year old because I probably only have around 20% left compared to what I had before 25 years old. When I had sex for the first time at 28 I found out it took more than 10 minutes to even orgasm so by 40 I get more sensation from a rough hand job than through actual sex. The sensation isn't that much more than tickling the inside of your arm at the joint where they give you a shot. The few partners I've been with said everything was fine, but they were also circumcised. I've also had secret personal shame and fear of judgment on my disfigured penis from 13-28 so I know for sure that can hurt your sexuality also. Circumcision is a lie and I'm one of the unlucky that had the worst damage. My glans even has the fine wrinkly texture of leather. Anyone realizing they have damage to theirs and are unhappy about it sue those lying ass bastard medical professionals when they turn 18. I didn't even know it was possible to sue until 18 and by the time I found out at 37 the Statue of Limitations ran out. So please, by all means sue the unethical, money grubbing bastards while you have a chance. I've looked into it and it was done to me in 1980 in Louisiana. Louisiana is still backwards like most states when it comes to the rights of the child. If that changes, don't think I won't jump on the class action suit.
