Think about it. It is not correct to tie to the lift platform with a shock absorber lanyard. There must not be a situation where the operator of the platform could fall outside the platform railing. therefore the operator must be tied with an adjustable lanyard fall prevention rope to the front ring in the full body harness. During the travel of the lifting platform the rope must be taut.
