More important Information about Shadow Ball. There's frame advantage info beneath the Shadow Ball info. 1. Non-fully charge Shadow Ball lingers for 79 frames (i think?) & can be + on shield up to frames 8-23 if fresh & if the opponent shields after the 31 frames of animation. Assuming the opposing character shields it point-blank, a fully charged SB is -4 on shield and the non-charged variant ranges from -15 to -1. 2. It's VERY advantageous if it clanks with disjoints being at a massive +50 with a minutely charged SB if M2 can move after the animation ends (a max charge is like +83 on clank.) Confusion info: Confusion is -1 on hit at 0%. +1 at 25%. +3 at 50%. +4 at 75%. +5 at 100%. +6 at 125%. This is relevant because it makes the threat of fair very real at 100% and acts as an observation tool on a player or character's habits.

Best part of Shadow Ball tech, cancels and mix-ups, also apply to characters with other large charge shots. Samus, wii fit, hero, lucario and robin. Jump cancelling into another move is my personal favorite, followed by wave bouncing

Sometimes I use a fully charged shadow ball as shield pressure when I’ve already done a lot of shield damage so they either have to take the hit or get shield broken
