I don’t think this Pokémon will be zacian level release I mean is a legendary so it has to be broken in some way but I don’t think it will be Undefeatable

Not sure when the stream was but Mewtwo got two patches worth of buffs after its initial release. Here's the changes: Confusion X/Y stun .5s > 1s Psystrike X damage up, throw .8s >1s Psystrike Y damage up Recover Y cooldown 8s > 6s Teleport X/Y speed boost 20%> 30% Teleport X cooldown 8s > 6s Mega X: Attack +10% > +20% Defense/spdef +20% > +30% Max hp +0 > +20% Mega Y: Spatt +10% > +20& Attack speed +20% > +40% Max hp +0 > +20%
