The juice of 3 limes. 1 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp dried oregano. 1 tsp cumin powder. 1/2 tsp salt and 1/2 teaspoon black pepper. Mix it all together and serve it up with diced white onions or yellow onions. Cilantro, fresh. Soft tacos, salsa, lettuce, cheese. Omg! Go away. This is a private moment. Lol.

The rotating machine was brought to Mexico many years ago by Lebanese immigrants but the marinade is 100% Mexican and it was prepared in precolombina times placed horizontally and the Mexican indigenous people would rotate it themselves over the fire. This is not a Turkish meal. Turks are using thin flour tortillas that were invented in norther Mexico 500 years ago to wrap shawarma when it used to be stuffed in a pita bread. Mexicans use flour tortillas to make burritos. The wrapped shawarma with the flour tortillas has Mexican influences. The gyro used to not be prepared how it is now in Greece, it’s being prepared like tacos and tacos originated in Mexico 🇲🇽 precolombina times by Aztecs the name taco is Nahuatl the language of Aztecs.
