Sooooo, I want to meet Chef Alex (the second one) and eat and hang out with him. He was so cool and the way he spoke of the original owner was so loving and caring. You can tell he loves food and respects the art of it all. Let me plan this trip real quick, lol.

Opayeme, as long as you like Mexican food, I'd like sharing a good meal with you including your choice of; CartaBlanca, Tecate, Bohemia, or any other brand. If something a little stronger: Presidente, Viejo Vergel, Bucannans, or your preference.

I'm so glad they included Mama Ninfa's because my mother worked there and always talked about it when I was younger. This showed how much more the restaurant is to not only the family, but to the workers and the customer who go there religiously. It's like she left a legacy in Houston. I hope soon everyone will be able to go and try their amazing food at any of the locations around Houston, but especially the main and first one @ Navigation.

Curly from Salvi to Salvi next time your in Htown you should check out Glorias it's upscale Salvadorean & Texmex cuisine but there are sooo many bomb pupusas places in Htown we got the best pupusas here

Ay Htown 🤘 My city has some bombass foods. I haven't tried some of these restaurant yet but I will! Lots of good places to visit and with Houston being so diverse you get to explore many different cultural foods. Thanks for making this video and visiting!

Y’all were in the Heights and went to Teotihuacan? It’s okay but there are soooo many other places in the area! Y’all should’ve gone somewhere like P’nches Tacos. Sooooooo good. Love the Hugo’s highlight though. The brunch buffet is like nothing else.

I just miss being home in Texas...video made me home sick for my Tex-Mex (all these new restaurants are new to the Texas state-more Mexican than Tex-Mex. Not what I grew up on at all but would love to try), and reminded me that missing my Whataburger, bbq, and Bluebell icecream. Would I drive threw Houston to get it??? I dont know...driving through Houston is awful.
