Funny thing is, there are SO many different ways to make pozole depending on the region. Some are bright red bc of the chiles used, some are green, some "white," some have pork, beef or chicken. So many different ones! Yet, SOMEHOW, she managed to get absolutely nothing right for ANY kind of pozole!

If the cook is using cumin in their so-called "Mexican dish" I immediately know that is definitely not an authentic Mexican dish and I already know the dish will most likely suck. Haven't been proven wrong, yet. It's different if they say it's a Tex-Mex dish, though.

Exactly it’s called white washed and we get it a lot in America they don’t make or create new dishes and make a new name they just use other dishes from other countries and make it different and call it what other countries call it which is never the same or the right way.
