From my understandings of "Jack in the Crack" growing up around OC and Brea, it was one of the only restaurants that was open passed midnight. McD, Carl's Jr., KFC, etc all closed by 12am. Some areas in downtown LA would have homeless (which people associate crack) people be inside jack tweaking tf out

7:50 the hot wings at kfc are the only good thing at kfc. They used to give the chicken pieces in that flavour. Its not even the spice that makes it good. You can hardly feel/taste the spice. They were in canada for 1 yr only and never came back.

Growing up with it helps. I usually ate it after it was pan seared and browned so it had a crispy exterior. Try eating it this way with white rice and maybe you'll like it.
