Thank you for making these videos. They honestly help me. I did not have much experience going up with my own culture. And these videos of help me tremendously feel a better understanding of my identity. Although it sounds silly that a few slang words help me have a better understanding of myself and my family it’s great to build that background. I’m in the process of learning Spanish and learning more about my own culture.

The slang words NO MANCHES was originally NO MÁMES but since no mames sounds a bit on the offensive side it was switched for no manches which sound a bit more of a normal slang set of words, but “no manches” and “no mames” have the exact same meaning.
