Күн бұрынFeliz Cinco De Mayo!!! First and foremost, I hope you guys all have a safe and healthy Cinco De Mayo! I hope you guys enjoyed this video guest starring my wonderful husband lol! He's always down to fulfill my crazzzzy ideas- and trust me I've had extremely crazy ideas throughout our 29 years of marriage lol! This recipe is extremely easy, it took me a total of 30 minutes to prep and cook. I hope you guys enjoy this recipe as much as I did!

Full Recipe:
Meat Preparation
3 lbs ground beef
2 tbsp chicken bullion
1-2 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp black pepper
1/2 half an onion
2 tomatoes
1 small bunch cilantro
Sopes Preperation
4 cups Maseca
1/2 cup all purpose flour
4 cups warm water
1 tsp salt (optional)

I love all Mexican food , we celebrate our cincos by gathering of all our family members we all dressed patriotic. And we all bring a Mexican dish , We really enjoy it and we LOVE our food! VIVA MEXICO!

We celebrated my daughter’s 4th birthday for Cinco de Mayo. CINCO DE MAYO BABY!!! Asado, arroz, y frijoles is my favorite thing to eat. My husband has the drinks, haha.

I am Italian-American, but I grew up in/am living in a majority Mexican-American neighborhood, so, "5 de Mayo" is not really a "big holiday" in our area, because it's usually on a Tuesday, and all the Mexican people are at work, and they don't care about that day anyway... (unless they're at work selling tacos and margaritas; then they are very happy to celebrate!)... In my neighborhood, the big BIG "MEXICANÍSIMA" holiday is Our Lady of Guadalupe Day, in December; that is when all the really special food is prepared and everybody brings roses to church and then exchange tamales and other treats. (I make Italian Christmas cookies AND tamales)

Cinco de mayo is just another excuse for parting ,like quinceñetas or birthday's ,here in the united States , Hispanic or Mexican recipes are fine , but we are american not Mexican so why would we celebrate anything from Mexico ,new Mexico yes , respectfully saying we don't have nothing to do with cinco de mayo at all ,we don't care about Mexican celebration's really,it's an excuse to drink 🍷 is all .
