Great video. Just one thing. That was a taco de birria you had. A quesabirria is prepared differently and with cheese which gives it the “Quesa” in its name.

You are in the state of Baja California Sur, not Baja. There are two states on the Baja Peninsula and neither of them is called Baja

Street food, is food made and prepared in the street, like your birra and hot dog cart. The places you visited are technically restaurants, even though they maybe “outside”. Friendly advise, learn a little Spanish, any will do.

Who cares if he does or doesn't speak the language. You don't need to speak another language to like the food or culture of that country. As a Mexican man I appreciate this guy coming to try our food and culture. Much respect. Don't listen to the racist left wing people. You are doing great!
