Today we wander through Escandón i Sección. This down-to-earth neighbourhood is mostly home to middle-class families, though it's seen spillover from hip Condesa with wide, tree-lined avenues, stately art nouveau mansions and well-maintained art deco apartment buildings.
Off the loud, traffic-filled avenues, children play on tree-lined streets. No-frills taquerías line Avenida José Martí. The area is also home to the classic old-school pulquería La Pirata and traditional cantinas like El León de Oro.

Wow Mexico City is so amazing! I've been a couple of times and it never gets old. The food, the culture, the people...amazing!

I lived in this neighborhood in 2002 when I was studying at la salle. My Host family was awesome. So much fun. I miss these times

I would have loved to see Colonia Mixcoac. Holbein #49. I lived there in the 70’s. It was a beautiful neighborhood.

25 años de no andar por eso lugares que eran mi caminar del diario pues trabajaba ahí en Martí n.185 de fletero en la casa de materiales para construcción saludos desde N.Jersey U.S.A.

El video REPITE las mismas escenas varias veces haciendolo MAS LARGO para verlo...Aunque esta MUY BIEN grabado y las imagenes son MUY CLARAS para ver como lucen las calles de ese vecindario (con negocios POR TODAS PARTES) en la Ciudad de Mexico.
