Vodacom forensic officer Pinky Vythilingam has told the court about cellphone tower locations and movements on the night Senzo Meyiwa was killed. The state claims one of Kelly Khumalo's phones was stolen by intruders who entered her mother's Vosloorus home and fatally shot her then-boyfriend Meyiwa. Five men are on trial for the 2014 murder, which the state claims was a botched robbery. #Newzroom405's Linda Mnisi has more on today's court proceedings.

The breakthrough on this case happened when this case was transferred to the cold case unit in 2018 under the leadership of the hardworking Gininda. Then a sim swop is done, Kelly had the ID n the phone so she couldn't successfully answer the security quiz when doing sim swop. Why was the SIM swop done, get on that. Who is Mathebula, get on that.
