Adv Nel wanted the 5 accused to be guilty. Something he is not telling us. He is diverting this case but justice shall prevail.

Hayi Mr. Nel, you sound compromised and out of your depth here, this is sad. The evidence seem to point to a cover up. They said (the so called) "victims in the house", that Senzo was shot in the kitchen, but forensic evidence did not find any exhibits of blood trail in the kitchen, but a dried up stain of blood pool in the living room, and then Mr. Nel you tell us this current case's docket is the correct one? Mr. Nel pay back the money...

So if Advocate Teffo has been privy to the docket all along, why is the State representative Adv Baloyi saying they only got it few days ago? A docket conducted by the state even? He's said to have received that docket in March already. Gerrie Nel has been dismissing the 2nd docket version. He keeps saying the accused on trial confessed. There are allegations that they were assaulted to a point of confession. What if the allegations are true? Just like the 2nd docket they kept trying to ignore/dismiss. Clarity is needed as to why the 7 accused in the second docket are not arrested. What disqualified this docket if it was and why did the State see the need to bring it in court if it was disqualified.

As much as Adv. Gerrie Nel is a much much respected Prosecutor & indeed one of the best at his job BUT as far as this issue is concerned Adv. Gerrie Nel is only looking into quick prosecution regardless of what the truth is. Prosecution is one thing and the truth is another. This doesn't need a degree to understand that there is something than what the eye meets. Ours is just a prayer that at the end of it all then the TRUTH will come out.

It's simple, someone smelled a rat, hence a parallel investigation with unshared information, someone else found out that a rat has been smelled hence the indictment was never signed and the docket became as slippery as a fish in the water. Mshololo and Tefo (Adv's) have smelled the same rat, the also know that someone did something abt the smelling of the rat. Mr Mosia the expert is just a puppy, they should find the dog and bliksem it goed until the owner comes out

Advocate Gerrie Nel is indeed dividing the family as Adv Teffo said, He started by saying he represents the sister and the mother. and goes on to defend those who were in the house. I do not think Nel is willing to assist Meyiwa family but to play in conspiracy .

Let's not forget Gerrie Nel comes from the NPA. Whatever he does may be to protect his favourite former colleague who decided to go with the 5 accused as opposed to the 7 "culprits" in the Spaza.

Why was he not asked to share his information of this docket he has been referring to all the time, especially from the state side. The 2nd docket was opened by senior police. From information given that the person who opened the 2nd docket is from the 1st docket team. S/he must have figured something was at play here hence they no longer share nor trust fellow officers and went on to do their own investigation.
