@@johnystar5758 The Optimus is actually a real outdoor wheelchair and not exactly ideal for maneuvering indoors in a small space. It is indeed the smaller rear wheels that twist and it sometimes takes some steering skills to get around just like one with a forklift. I do indeed have the heaviest batteries and often drive long distances of 40 km and more. Then it is fun to drive at 15 km/h. So if you only use the chair for short trips, the charging time will never exceed 6 or 8 hours. It might also be interesting to look out for the Meyra iChair RS. Zoals met veel elektrische stoelen vermijdt je best stranden (of soortgelijke locaties) waar het zand zacht ligt. Deze stoel heeft voorwielaandrijving en een differentieel, wat betekend als één voorwiel geen traktie meer vind, het andere sneller begint te draaien en je bijgevolg vast komt te zitten. Ik vermijdt dus mul zand en als ik er toch door moet, dan met een harde aanloop. Voor de rest trekt deze stoel zich overal doorheen. Er bestaan 4x4 aangedreven stoelen, maar niet met een top van 15 km/u én een actieradius van 70 km.
