To start with, the mother and his brothers are still attending MFM. Why ? He was not jailed bcos his case was a CRIMINAL CASE. Which is a case against the government and not MFM. In a criminal case the case must be proven beyond REASONABLE DOUBT before anyone can be jailed. Unlike a CIVIL CASE where you don't need to proof beyond reasonable doubt that someone is guilty. 6o% proof is enough for someone to be found guilty in a civil case. He also sued MFM to court for compensation but the Court also declined it because he was found guilty of must of the charges. The court only ask MFM to pay him his salaries for those period he was in detention , since the court did not terminate his appointment. He was crafty for not disclosing his offence in the video. He only elaborated on the what he went through in the hands of the police. Dr.Olukoya has no power to ask for his release since it is a case with the government ( criminal case) . Thanks

He had committed offenses before this very one against the church and he was forgiven. This particular one is a criminal case which must be settled by the court. The court granted him bail but non of his people came to bail him. During this process,his siblings and families where still coming to the church. There is a record of their conversation with the OPC before they were apprehended as the church lawyer claimed. What would have happened if an innocent person had been killed while trying to execute their plans ?

But why wouldn't you? And why would you believe the other party ? Was there no allegations against Christ? He was punished by the police and not the Dr. D.K. Olukoya. Most people are not addressing the matter from the legal aspect. Can the church detain anyone ? This is CRIMINAL CASE and not CIVIL CASE .That means it's a case with the Government and the robbers .
