Doesn't include non-tournament legal Abilities hidden in Lootboxes since... they are hidden in Lootboxes!
The Flash uses speed and running based attacks. He has a running stance which can be cancelled, and while running uses various attacks. Again, not a fan of characters with a stance during which they can't move. Some of his moves remind me of Kabal. His rapid punching attack which dizzies his opponent looks cool at first, but its super annoying since he spams it.

The Flash's circle attack is, appropriately, to slow down his opponent for a quite short time, so make the best of it. There are several versions of The Flash, but I'm sure this one is Berry Allen, who gets hit by lightning in his laboratory and gets in contact with various chemicals (you know, typical comic superhero origin). He can now use the Speed Force to move extremely fast, and even run into different timelines, which happens during the well-known Flashpoint event and in the upcoming movie.
