I was a Troll Shaman main as well! that always encapsulated the WoW experience for me, channeling the elements and figuring out which enemies want axe. very fun match to watch, it was a little stressful with berserker always turned on, but the damage output was massive so I can't fault you there.

Had some of the best matches as Zul'jin. Best 1 was getting ressed by my friend as Auriel and then going backdoor tazzdingo while the rest of my team was dead and the enemy team was on our core. Truly great char imo

Hey Pally, you know what you should do that you haven’t done in awhile? An A-Z series for Heroes. Yeah. Been awhile since the last one. In all seriousness, enjoyed it. Really wish the game was a bit livelier than it is but hey, not much you can do about it. Glad to see someone is still giving it the love it deserves.

Good job on stacks, that was a nutty amount! I usually leave the trait off vs minions, and at the beginning of fights so as to lull the person I'm attacking into thinking they can stay longer. Then when they start to get low, I turn it on, and they get surprised by the burst damage.

i've said it before and i'll say it again, i'd love it if you would announce a hots competition. you're just such a natural and your enthusiasm is contagious!

Once upon a meta, in the days of old life leech shield build Tassadar, there was the double support ZJ comp, and it was A Little Nuts.

I love zj. Learning when to hit that 1 button to turn on the damage and attack speed is such a big part of making him shine.

Zul'Jin was one of those characters that I thought I would hate and then he became my most played Hero.

Congrats on finishing! Crazy to me that Zuljin is 5 years old.

Zuljin is a fantastic character that despite being immobile holds a lot of place in matches. As someone who likes spellcasters I love the spinny axe build along with guillotine. Its especially useful where most people think you will pick up taz dingo and back off the moment you get low enough for it to be a good time to pop it. The moment this happens you simply execute them for their incorrect assumption. The spinning axes are also nice in all assassin quick matches as you have much more poke without exposing yourself along with the low health nuke. That said taz dingo is still an incredibly powerful thing provided you won’t be cc’d too much and becomes more useful the more tanks there are since they lack the disengage that many assassins would carry. Also well done pally, I think you honestly played a stellar game and taz dingo was for sure the build to go here as you could simply rip into the butcher without allowing him to gain a footing. Also well done dehaka

I'm 74-13-1 now following your builds. This has almost none of the talents I regularly pick on Zuljin but I really liked how this one played better than how I typically play him so I'm gonna stick with this from now on. I had my favorite character to have paired up with Zuljin in this match in Lucio whose passive healing pairs so well with ZJ passively damaging himself to keep attack speed high without going too low. All that's left now are my 2nd chance matches to compensate for being forever alone and unable to play Cho'gall. I really hope I do well on those because the characters are ones I really like and wanna do better with than I did on the first go around

I feel like the root at lvl 16 is the best talent. Zul doesnt really have a good escape against dive and the root can really save him. Also good to secure kills, with a low cooldown if you miss.

Pally, your self-healing management stresses me out. In Hollow Knight you were constantly attempting to heal mid-fight and taking more damage because of it, and now on Zul'jin you were doing the complete opposite - you had plenty of opportunities to self heal between skirmishes and you either didn't use it or interrupted the channel for no reason.

Holy shit I was about to rip my hair out because you refused to use your abilities on the buildings. You're trying to push down these buildings as fast as possible but you wouldn't use your W or Q on them. The Q applies the debuff to buildings as well.

I like Zul'jin, but to me he's a worse Huskar copy. His entire playstyle is centered around less health = more dmg, but he has no tools to sustain himself on a relatively low health for a prolongued period of time, which kills the entire dynamic.
