95% graduation rate. Because we as Drills aren’t allowed to kick them out anymore. Last cycle was the first time I’d seen trainees fell a drug test and all four of them were retained. I lost a lot of good buddies from the same thing that got kicked out no questions asked. They are only keeping them due to our shit numbers. And the recruiting crisis. Also why don’t we Give bonuses to the guys who have given their life to this country. Like guys reenlisting indefinitely. They get a high five and a coffee mug. But a brand new soldier gets $50k??

The only reason why they’re “passing” more is because PT standards all across the board were lowered. It’s almost a joke from what it was 10 years ago and I’m sure the guys before them said the same.

Lower the standards enough and they'll get to 100%. Buddies kid is in the Army and he cant believe the low grades they have in the service. Weak leadership, woke policies, crime on bases, etc., etc. They need to clean house top to bottom on military "leadership" and get some MEN in there that are focused on defending America.

The standard of warriors for our nation has degraded because nowadays they can't handle stressful situations, etc. They have no discipline, accountability, responsibility, sense of duty, loyalty, etc. They cry at every little thing and don't have the mental fortitude to overcome life's challenges.

I have up hope for my beloved army the minute they changed the name of Fort Benning, the place where I found myself and became a man …. You can’t change the name of the place that produced our best warfighters and leaders since the Vietnam War The best men..:the toughest men I have ever met in my life were my first brothers at OSUT My first heroes were at the regiment minutes away Now we have weak drill sergeants that sleep with the women I remember going weeks without even seeing outside the barracks, drill sergeants that haven’t worn a combat patch yet, or earned their CIBs I remembered how much we loved and respected our first trainers because we knew they made it home from a battlefield and we knew they took lives but never loved it or brought it up We were in awe of them and they had medals and cords that we never knew they had until graduation and it made us proud that we learned from men like that

This is so scary. Our fighting force has diminished to such a standard that those seen as unfit for service are then given time, attention, and money from the Army and then once they are meeting(not exceeding) the standards they get a "good job". That's basic soldiering. If you don't have it in you to meet the standard to begin with how are you going to fair when the hand holding stops. These aren't future leaders, they're future company level problems. But hey gotta meet that quota.

I’m in the Navy and the quality of todays military service members are atrocious. They get in and complain about everything while providing the bare minimum or less on their part of service. I’m apart of that generation too and I realized that people who join that wanted a challenge will only face hardship form their fellow service members rather then tackling problems that are more so job related.

Well, the standard for the Army, alot less than USAF, Navy, or Marines. Used to be 37% on tests. To pass. For Army. Sure their grad rate, would be high. I will say, the USAF has the easiest PT. But really smarter is the goal. Easy for me. Even at 25. But a skilled engineer. Physically fit. A cake walk. Most kids don't know what to expect. Joining any branch. Unless their family, already have been members. My family, in every branch. All join. I still think, Army is the easiest to join. I am not biased, My Army family members, not so smart. Nor physically as capable as I. Just genetics. 😂😅😂😅😂

The problem is not with the army, the problem is there are literally million's of people who would be eligible to join the army if not for having a lack of access to education. They're not stupid, they didn't get a chance to go to school and focus for WHATEVER reason, they deserve a chance.
