The MG HS infotainment system allows you to enable and disable some factory default functions through the engineering mode. Follow the video to see how to access it. Enable video watching on the infotainment, disable heated seats, enable AEB and much more!!!

Hi. I can access the secret menu but i can't make any changes. Also i don't have the OK button. Any idea ? Thanks in advance

In default A/C setting i notice that when i turn on recirculation air mode on (means outside air can not comming in) but when i passing smoke zone i still smell smoke from outside , not sure what function on this engineering feature can 100% close the vent flap.

That shouldn’t be the case with internal circulation mode unless the smell outside is pretty strong.

So if we turn off the auto braking from here will it remember our choice when we start the car next time? Since it always forgets and I have to manually do it every time I start the car

Hi. So this feature only hides it from the settings page and doesn’t disable it. It is used to hide that feature if it is required by regulations that you should not have the option to turn it off.

Hi. You can press the home button for 10 seconds before turning off car. That would put the infotainment in standby mode

Yes, you go to set up. Press left by factory reset and then once on the other 3 corners, it will bring you into it there is a lot bigger menu you can even turn on wireless Android Auto and apple car play and a few other bits Like select 4,6,8 speakers depending on how many speakers the car came from the factory with.I am still learning myself.But if you drop me an email address I'll send you a video

@@mrmac2955 i managed to get into the first page . Do you have any ideea if there is another menu like the one shown in the video ? I have a problem with my parking sensors (they just keep beeping continuously without being close to any object) and my dealership says they could replace my sensor in 3 weeks . I just hate the ideea that I can't turn off those parking sensors ,and the fact that they broke on a week old car... Any help would be wonderful!

@@techfacts23 I have three regions: Israel, Chile and the third I don’t remember, I have Chile - this is the USA. I can't change the region either. How to fix it?
