Camouflage pattern looks great. Less jungle, more forest mountains. Next time try atk putty or silly putty to allow for easier masking.

Nice the GM Sniper, when I first saw it cut aircraft and the giant mobile suit like butter in the 08th MS team, I wanted to build it. Just GM Suits in general are my favorite. Once I save up again I’m pick it up right away. Just bought my dad a brand new repaired bass and had a jam session with him on Guitar Hero 3. Honestly it’s the most fun I’ve had with the game in years and playing it with my dad and his new bass made my day. But yeah sometime later I’ll pick up a GM Sniper, but in the meantime I’ll have little jam sessions with my dad and guitar hero 3.

Looks beautiful gundam especially with the weathering. I personally like the GM sniper custom the most especially with its orange visor like the jesta. I hope you didnt stay up all night making this and just uploaded the video in the morning

A neat looking type of camo that you may not have seen is when you lay down dark base-coat, put some sort of mesh over it and then lay down a mist-coat of a lighter color. I would personally use black and OD Green for a tropical/jungle AO.There's also a variant of that to be used in areas with sandy colored soils and/or rock formations that would substitute Desert Tan for the black. It doesn't have so much going on that it obscures the detail of the model, and it would be a fairly effective jungle camo which is also subtle enough to let the details shine through. It adds a real nice subtle effect to armor panels, weapons or what have you. I tend to use mesh-masked finishes quite a bit on my builds. Maybe a bit too much lol.

Seeing how this video went, it only solidified my plan on getting this too, although what i plan to do with it is to kit-bash it's backpack and beam sniper rifle with the ground type gundam or ez8 to make sniper variation of it.

Nice work papa G. Not to bad as a 1st try. It can be tuff. I do custom firearms painting as part of my business. The multi cams are pretty easy. But the kryptic and digi sucks to do free hand( cutin painters tape) if ya google. Theres a few companies that make a shit ton of pre cut vinal stencil piece for hella cheap. Like $2 each.

I wish I had even the slightest fraction of skill to do something like this, I just build my Gundams and put them on display, no paint or panel lining.

Your scheme is very similar to the camo scheme used on modern russian tanks. Green, black and a sand-grey.

Hmmm......isn't the the whole point of the Build Kids charity is to give kids in hospital an activity, and something to do while undergoing treatment? They need un-built kits. While I appreciate your detailed work, you building and painting a kit yourself sorta defeats the whole purpose of the charity.
