The hair is glued or gel idk before they are clothed and or on their bodies so way in the beginning of production or should I say when the face is painted is the best way I can describe it

5:10 mga sent me a replacement heather my my heather's body was stained and had marks and sh*t on her and heather's hair tendrils have a lot of gel but my replacement heather has no gel in it and her hair has no bumps as stuff so that's good :)

Honestly, the process of unboxing in and of itself is overrated. There are so many other channels doing that if I really have a craving to see the process. Same goes for doing a detailed breakdown of every little thing on a doll if everyone is doing the same doll. Like I’m watching multiple reviews on the same dolls because I’m interested in hearing the personal thoughts and reactions of those creators, not because I need to see the same doll snipped out of the box 10 times.

I've asked MGA a replacement for my Shanelle Onyx doll which literally had entire plugs of hair falling out and they sent an email back ignoring my request completely 💀

ive done the replacement thing 3 times now for delilah,harley and neonlicious. They keep saying they dont have any and to take the dolls back to the store. I dont get it😭
