you forgot the best theme in the game: the theme where snake has to race through the Silo entrence in order to get to the complex.

I should've clarified my comment now that I look back at it. I meant only the beat. it's the exact same. It's just that here they added a tune to it as well.

I was told that this is the best alert theme in this game.. but it sounds like a fucking pokemon battle soundtrack. xD
