Man, this mission is way too intense and enjoyable to go for a perfect run. It's arguably the hardest mission to S Rank. To do so you must use the Uragan stun pistol and neutralize all 60 enemies, that includes the dick in the chopper as well. It requires absolute precision and comes with a few rage quits as Morpho guns it through the sky.
