The Major is supposed to be a parody of Raiden from mgs2 since everyone hated raiden for some reason . Notice how he says April 30th and I don't know the name . Both references to MGS2 .

There is something genius about a linear story line being so different for every player who plays it. You'd think that you either A) go in guns blazing or B) stealth your way through but the little details are so fun and unexpected

I enjoy the numerous ideas and options that Mr. Kojima and his staff have implemented in the Metal Gear series, as not many games provide an scene if the player chooses to do different actions. I also support that you can shoot the radio on the Soldiers or destroy the ammunition and food, hindering them from focusing on their tasks when hungry or contacting head quarters, my sibling has taught me this.

And that is why it's no surprise mgs 3 is one of the best games of all time. You are encouraged to think outside the box most of the time. Like I killed the end right there on the dock just for shits and giggles and it worked!! ^^ Wish mgs 4 and mgs 5 has the same charm but It's understandable that developers need to put most of the effort on the engine and graphics before creative game mechanics

A little late, but... 1. In Old Russian, the word for "red" would also be used to describe something as "beautiful". So "Krasnogorje" is either "Red Mountains" or "Beautiful Mountains" (that's not very right, but that's the best translation I could come up with). 2. Dolina - valley, voda - water. Water Valley? something like that. (again, not very right, but I just couldn't come up with a better translation because of Russian language's quirks.

You should have eaten a spatza at the bottom of the ladder. Any fall kills snake when asleep. George, a guy who streams MGS gameplay, always does it when he plays MGS3. Heck, he's the reason I know it happens. Cn't change the past, but it would have been an amazing laugh.
