Watching speed runs has taught me more about hammer then any guide I’ve found has. Also weirdly enjoyable compared to just the whole guides of “use this combo” or “ other people like this combo instead.” Don’t think I’m joining in the speedrun scene any time soon, but I’ve learned a lot.

Biggest hammer damage is impact crater so the more we do the better, funny how it was almost a impact crater only run

Yup it's what I always thought about Rise Hammer - completely broken and a ton of fun. Statistics seem to say that hammer isn't broken and is in fact one of the worst weapons in Rise but I don't understand how that can be the case. Thank you for proving that I was right all along - completely broken and a ton of fun...if only it was that good in my hands... Awesome run dude!

Thanks dude! Switching between stances allows you to reposiotioning of course, but also to directly have your charge lvl 3 when doing purple->yellow. We have a hammer tutorial on the channel if you want (its in french but with english subtitles) !

You know if any skills extend the window for the water strike? eg evade window or something like the ls? I mained hammer in world, went ls end of world and up until 50. Now i fell in love with hammer again! gj nice vid man

I'm new to the game and having hard time finding info on specific palico types/moves for specific weapons. Awesome run, keep it up!

I have a question on the build, how come you don’t use something like anjanath vambraces instead of the Lagombi ones, like what is the specific gain you get in deco slots over losing the lv 2 slugger? Also have a similar question with for example golden hakama over ingot greaves

For the vambraces, I don't need slugger on this run so i don't thake it. Also if i didn't have this slot lvl 2 I couldn't reach critical boost lvl 3. For the ingot greaves they are just way better, since they gave atk boost 2 and critical eye 2

@@TripleCartTeam Oh wow I didn't know at all, acutally I've never tried it after WS. I normally use WaterStrike (Counter Proc) - Upswing - Lv3 Courage/Impact Crater. Now I know when to use some Big Bang Combo when I'm low on WireBugs. Thanks for answering.

Hey, nice run man! got a quick question : at around 2:49 + ( or in general ) you charge your hammer blue , then you dash and load once and change back to yellow ( i dont know the actual names ) and are immidiately triple charged for skilbind move, can you explain that one please? thanks!

I can answer that for you, when hammer charges from blue to yellow (it only works when going from blue to yellow, not yellow to blue) you immediately charge into a Lv3 without having to charge it for a few seconds (it's a lot quicker that way also) which is why he usually does the Impact Crater to get the max damage out of it quickly

Like Nothingtoseehere going from blue to yellow charge you into lv3 immadiately, the damage of the impact crater increase with higher lv of charge when using it

Exactement, selon les timings, le temps de recovery des wirebug et le temps restant sur le topple je skip pas tout le temps. Selon ce que je compte faire après ca peut aussi être un avantage de resté en violet pour enchaine plus rapidement et pas devoir y revenir avec un impact crater

it's the water strike, a switch skill that you unlock in HR which allows you to avoid damage if you do it right
