Then after that enji’s whole world stops and he immediately realizes that OH SHIT WAIT A MINUTE Toya, fire quirk oh no. He then hopes that Toya is ok because he has no idea how to find him. Flash forward to when shoto awakens his quirk and his father encourages him to become a hero this leads to him seeking out endeavor and through the connections of his dad he finds him and enji seeing this goes “ ok I fucked up on their last kid so let me not with this one” so he trains todoroki and since todoroki actually wants to become a hero through passion and not because his dad forced him to he will be way stronger than the original and dabi will be slightly weaker since he doesent have a family connection to endeavor he just hates for judging his quirk the same foreshadowing happens in cannon as before “dabis dance” then skip directly to “dabis dance” the instant second he realizes “oh shit I-I made a villain” then after the first war arc the todoroki family confronts him in the hospital and….they talk for hours and hours on end with enji in tears realizing that he messed up a family all because of his selfish desires and insecurities about being better than all might. After this he and shoto will be on ok terms and enji and todoroki’s new dad will be on thin ice (pun intended) he is that much of a good guy to see that endeavor didint mean to create a villain but he still destroyed his family so it’s not like he gets a pass. Then skip to the final war arc where the whole clash with dabi and todoroki happens this time since dabi is slightly weaker and shoto is stronger the whole ice vs fire thing happens and dabi loses on the first time not even all his skin is burned off and he is taken to the hospital and is actually ok and after the final war arc endeavor anouces to the world that “dabi was a monster I created and I will take responsibility for his actions because I was the reason why he is like that” and then in his final actions as a hero he takes dabis prison time and asks aizawa to get eri to rewind dabi to a point where he can be ok again. So endeavor retires and goes to jail, eri rewinds dabi so he can actually move and be a human(but we are keeping the burns and staples because their cool) and the last shot we get of them is when dabi gets discharged from the hospital as a free man and the first person to see him is his mom and the last shot we get of them his rei giving Toya not dabi a massive hug as blood runs down his eyes because his tear-ducts are still burnt and then he slowly hugs back realizing that “ my experiences don’t define me it’s what I learned from them that does”. And that’s how I would write it I know it’s stupid but hey you asked me and give you my take on it so here it is

Being able to come up with your own alternate/hypothetical version of the story is impressive in itself. Let alone being able to convey your thoughts into writing. Not everyone is capable of that, unfortunately. Especially with the younger generation.. So kudos to you! (Assuming that you are in fact, younger. My apologies if I'm wrong. Lol.)

His mom is able to stand in the same room as his father without breaking down and remains by his father's side after all of the children have left. Its a sign that his family has started healing and Enji's speeches to his children show that he intends to devote the rest of his life to helping his family heal. And Shoto's recurring character trait is getting his family members to see what connects them and prompting them to start healing.

It's almost nice because it's actually real.. real humans are gonna see themselves in shoto. Not everyone has happy endings and just had to learn to live with it

just because you atoned for your own sin means everything will be back to normal, nor it means he can't be forgiven when he did everything he can do to atone for it. He basically reaps what he sow for being an asshole he once formerly was. Now it is up to him on how will he continue despite the losses, he can still go back and be an asshole again or just a sad lonely man

You don’t pay for sins, sometimes the things you do are permanent and leave permanent scars. His atonement is still for him.

He’s stolen his children’s childhoods, and one of their future’s, his wife’s body, sanity, and years of her life, and stunted the growth of his youngest, and warped both his youngest and oldest. You don’t really ever get redeemed from that, you can only really atone for it, and thankfully that’s what he’s doing. But it can’t ever fix the damage he did, only ease the burdens he’s left on the people he was supposed to love.

Hopefully one day Shoto can rebuild things. Enji is a lost cause, but Fuyumi and Natsuo are still good. I just hope Natsuo doesn't make the same mistake and create another Tenko.

I honestly completely forgot that Toya was dying. I only remembered when I watched MHA last night. Dr. Garaki was talking about how they let Toya escape because he was dying. They didn’t expect him to live past a month after his 3 year coma. It was hatred that’s kept him alive.

⁠@@joshuaagee-bass4049 Fr, I don’t get how people read that and took that as any sort of “redemption”. It takes a lot more than that to redeem yourself, especially if you’re someone like Dabi. I feel like some people who read MHA lack some reading comprehension. I remember some people were bashing Deku because he called AFO “A lonely man!” And they took that as Deku trying to sympathize with AFO. When really he’s just talking trash to AFO in his final moments. Of anything I think it just shows that Toya feels some sort of regret for his actions towards Shoto, since that was the first time they actually had a brotherly interaction/connection and the fact that from Toya’s perspective, Shoto didn’t really wrong him in anyway. He just hated him at first cause he was viewed as the perfect masterpiece of a son who got all the attention from Endeavor. So I think him apologizing to Shoto was a sign of regret for what he did to his little brother, but it’s far from “redemption”.

Honestly Endeavors story is the best thing to come out of this series in my opinion. Tbh it was really brave to even to attempt to write a character like endeavor and pull it off. I like that it’s never going to be a moment where it’s like he’s atoned bc I don’t think you can ever truly atone for what he did but he just moves forward and keep trying and I like that. I got way into this lol

In my opinion, Natsuo is fully justified in not wanting to see Enji again but I think he was still being a bit of an asshole about it. Like 'Hey I want to start a family with my gf but you'll never get to see it, lol' is just rubbing salt in the wound. Also, speaking for his gf without her having a say? What if she wanted to meet Enji? Or, assuming they do start a family, letting Enji meet his grandchildren? The decision won't belong solely to him.

Here’s my theory on Deku’s father. So you know how future Deku is the one narrating this story of how he became the greatest hero right? Well, what if he’s telling this story to Hisashi Midoryia, his father to give him the run down of what has happened in the past year. Especially since his father would clearly want some answers like how did my son get connected to All Might, how did he maifest such a powerful quirk unrelated to his parents, how did he end up in a prestigious school like U.A, how is he constantly severely injuring himself, how is connected and fighting the greatest villain in history? Plus with the state Japan was in, he’d definitely would want to go back home to see his family. So Deku’s telling this story to his father to help fill him in on all the events that’s happened since he’s been absent. Which would be a dope twist of an ending and would keep Horokoshi’s promise of seeing his father by the end of the series.

I think the characters being horribly mutilated and scarred is a pretty good way to show the consequences of battle. It doesn't always have to be egregious amounts of dying.

I feel like the last chapter is gonna be some sort of time skip showing everyone in the future, their houses, etc. and Toya is gonna die during that time skip, and it’s gonna show a picture of Toya in Shoto’s house or something, idk

I agree, especially with the first part of your comment. The thing about abusers is that most of them don’t change. They refuse to do so because they don’t care about doing the right thing or are incapable of acknowledging their own mistakes. But Endeavor is different After becoming Number 1 through a technicality, much to his initial frustration, he came to realize that he did a bunch of terrible things to his own family. And the fact that he wished to atone for them proves that he does care about doing the right thing. It may have been at a VERY late time, but it’s better never happening at all. My point is that if you grew up with an (sort-of-unintentional) abusive parent, you’d be very lucky to have one who is capable of change and actually cares about you.

His brother "died" because of him AND he abused his other brother and took their mom away from him. Sure endeavor atoned already but if natsuo still doesnt want to trust him fully you can really blame him

I agree, it's more understandable why he would want to keep distance for awhile since the childhood trauma and everything that has happened in the year, but never again is just childish retribution taking a stab at a man that has become crippled, maimed, burned, and disgraced, who has genuinely atoned and will continue to atone for everything for the rest of his life. Look at the two people who actually received all forms of the abuse from him. I don't see Shoto or his mom leaving and cutting ties with Endeavor. I digress, i believe after emotions settle down and everything slowly starts healing Natsuo will somewhere in the far future will change his mind and try to at least build some connection with his father again.

Natsuo on the other hand seems to only see the trauma that his father pushed on the rest of the family and while he even says in the chapter that Endeavor's done enough he just can't get over that, which I think is valid

Natsu character is all about hating Endeavor , there is no seen without him talking about Endeavor

Right now, I can understand not fully forgiving him. All this development happened within the space of 1 year. So the scars are going to be there. But maybe in the future, however long Enji has, he'll open up more

Look how they act towards Endaver, the sons wanted nothing to do with him. It was only the daughter who was trying to keep them together. If it wasn't for the war and what happened, I don't know what would have happened.

If it wasn't for his own actions towards Dabi, pushing him to be the best, and then taking it away when Dabi didn't seem to be the best as Endeavor wanted, things wouldn't have happened this way. In my books, whilst what Endeavor did was to start fixing things, all he was doing was fixing the problems that HE created in the first place. I fully understand why Natsuo didn't want anything from his father, he lost his oldest brother thanks to the past actions of his father and treating them like tools to become the next great hero seeing how the father couldn't do it himself. Endeavor wouldn't allow them to have a normal childhood, just tools to be used. He might sacrificed a lot, but some things is too hard to forgive...

Not forgiving can eat you up inside. I hope all of Endeavor's children will eventually forgive him

I agree the lack of self awareness in MHA is crazy. You have people completely ignoring the fact that thousands of hero's just died, no collective funeral no nothing. Mic and Aizawa completely ignored midnight like she wasn't a human. The hero's legitimately waist thier best technology on Dabi instead of probably someone else. "I get it, his your son endeavor but he burned 30 people, MT. Lady over here got hurt guts tear open, she needs those devices more than Dabi"

The main thing I hate about MHA is the lack of self awareness there is.
