South Park is an Adult Comedy, and not intended for children.

The natural conclusion as to how Cartman is aware of Kenny's immortality, is simply because he sees things from his perspective. In 'Succubus', the 3rd episode of season 3, Cartman convinces his optometrist to give him an eye transplant using Kenny's frozen head as the donor.

I was thinking of how Cartman is aware of Kenny’s immortality is actually from when he drank Kenny’s ashes in the season 6 episode “A Ladder to Heaven” and then he was possessed by Kenny for a few episodes in season 6, thus he would ultimately discover of Kenny’s immortality in a way.

Fun fact about South Park: I’m pretty sure Timmy knows about Kenny’s secret (his immortality, or he just thinks he has bad luck) since in one of the episodes where him and Jimmy were fighting he gave Jimmy Kenny’s sweater and Jimmy started almost getting killed.

@@ryleehenegarlegodofminecra3133 nope, most of these actually do. In the description, the creator said they had to re-upload this *with* the music so it wouldn't get copyright claimed. The music isn't that annoying they could've chosen worse ones, I think the current music kinda fades into the back ground at some point. And even if you think differently the music is enough to cover it
