Really enjoying this build, one thing about Bubbly Dance + Coalescence I really like is how the Coalescence Effect sound tells you when to reapply Bubbly dance. Makes keeping track of the buffs so much easier

not only b dance but for example the magnamalo skill is extremly strong as well for general purpose especially now that stuns are harder to chain, it provides a new layer of hard cc that has his own buildup so it's even good in multiplayer as nobody uses it and the first proc is instant and you'll get 2 easily. It is definitely something I'll try to incorporate more for my melee build and it may have a room for some speed build, for example I can see it having value for GS scripting or weapons that are low on hard cc(some ele bowguns, dbs, etc...). It's almost like using paralysis tbh except it's 3 skill points and it works with everything. The cons is that it makes you wiredash and it is only good for coalescence. I haven't tryed it but I think it synergizes with sleep, for example: monster enrages, you hellifire proc, you topple monster with it THEN you sleep the monster, the monster re enrage and you re topple it. ^^' (basically gaining topples from sleep wich is pure bm)

I like the idea. Wanted to do the same for a blademaster build with Grinder (S) added to the skills and also the Seregios skill to get an additional buff everytime I "dance" to get my sharpness back. Haven't finished it yet, because I am still working on other sets, but yeah good to know that I can also use it for bow (which I neglected using ever since Sunbreak dropped lol).

Had the same idea, very interesting indeed. Seems you could reactivate coalescence in multi-player, sense other hunters knock the bubbles off, which would activate coalescence.

I love when smarter people than me figure out builds that incorporate skills I wrote off as bad or memes. Really shakes up the game and gives another side goal to farm for, or in this case pray for RNG haha Edit; after lots of fishing I got a bubbly dance 2 / redirection 1 3-2-0 charm and am gonna try it with this. Just slot in a bubbly dance in a spare 2 slot and gave it a few spins. Very fun build I like this.

Been running an almost identical build for a few weeks now and really enjoy it. Was joking about making a bubbly build and the deco gods blessed me with a bubbly 3, earplugs 2, (3) slot. Lots of fun, even if youre not trying to be meta the synergy is really strong here. and you get covered in bubbles.

I've been adoring using blood lust + bubbly dance + Resus, Coalescence and a level or two of chain Crit and the damage output and minimal danger of either Mail of Hellfire or Dereliction has made my hunts, especially with high level anomalies, a lot more comfy

Thx goodness, i've been using a bubbly dance build for quite a while now, thx to my BD2 Rapid/Normal Up2 11 slot. Manage to squeeze both resentment5 and resuscitate3 to all of my Rapid Elemental build ( except thunder ).

I love this build and it definitely does more damage than your original meta build, my only gripe is that I can't fit in Evade Extender anywhere which is a comfort skill I value. But still, great work!

Hey Tidus, quick question: how do you eat for fighter lvl 2? XD I played around with the position of the dango, and I can either get lvl 4, 3 or 1 of the skill, but never lvl 2. It’s like that with most of my other food setups as well, no food loadout has a lvl 2 activation skill, only lvls 4, 3 and 1 :( Edit: nvm, just deactivated hopping skewer and all of them are lvl 2 now xD

I was doing this exact combo for SnS last night but it was way too risky for it to be a good choice for me lol, it really does give you a ton of attack though I love it. I use it on ranged weapons in online though, pierce and rapid make it a fair bit safer.

I've played SnS, Bow, GS, Swaxe, GL, IG and Lance so far in Sunbreak. I'm so happy with how diverse the meta is. There are so many viable options and interesting ways to play now (although GL needs more lvl 8 options). Balance wise, Capcom has done much better this time around compared to Iceborne. Great video by the way. I'm going to test this out when I jump on next.

Coalescence was added in IB I believe. Also would you take a look at ibushi narwa build if it’s viable at all? I took a look and it can be very interesting and comfy. Great video btw bubble dances buff is no smaller than other hp draining skill

Haven't really thought about bubbly dance for bow (I'm not a bow main, i just dablle a bit in it), with how much dodging you do to maintain your charge. I just use bubbly dance for my ls build. But thanks for the idea of using coalescence with bubbly dance. Guess i have to tweak my ls bubbly dance set. Hehe

Im honestly surprised. I decided about a week and a half ago to make a Bubbly Dance/Dereliction/Furious/Coalescence/Mail of Hell Fire mixed set bc i had a bubbly dance charm fall into my lap. Honestly, Ive been enjoying the hell out of it, and not just from a visual standpoint. It just _feels_ good to use, and my raw is almost constantly at around 483-498. I dont see myself not these skills unless forced.

Soooooooooo gooooooood I tried this and fell in love, u said the evasion 2 was not what u aim for but it helps me a lot, I tried so hard to slip some in but with this set I can have it all the while keeping my damage high, and I tried to make it chain crit 3 cos I happen to have a bubbly 2 chain crit 1 and 3 1 with kamura bow I can make con3 chain crit 3 and all the things needed, but with Kabura bow being a non elemental I felt its not really worth it so Im finding another way to squeeze out more damage, btw what I’m trying to say here is that ur bubbly set is so interesting if critical and wek become 4 slot dec this build would definitely become my main build, the only downside is it drains my health like crazy with blood lust and derelection one wrong move and im ded lol

I love these types of sets, personally I also don't run meta. For reasons even on bow I love using Blood Rite so I try fitting it in, but if I get a charm I will use this for sure and give it a shot, though I hope I will get one that gives 100% bow freedom

great insight! love to try this build out several questions though: 1. with relatively worse charm, which should i pick if i can/want to only fit two out of three - dereliction, bloodlust, or hellfire? 2. is reload speed better than other lv1 deco esp elemental attack? 3. damage-wise, what's the preferred skills if there's an extra lv2 slot? contemplating between another crit ele or agitator

the fact that mail of hellfire and BD are proccing resuscitate and coalascence on and off is what makes this good: you could try a similar thing with the storge helmet and bloodlust and BD, although that is more crit focused

I've been getting a ton of bubbly dance 3 talismans and have been melding them away with prejudice. Looks like I have to start looking more carefully for them going forward.

So does bubble dance actually provide evade window 2 and construction 2 or is it a buff similar to them. I'm running a casual dodge & dps build with both those skills maxed out and im wondering if those same/similar skills provided from bubble dance stack or become worthless since it's providing skills that I've maxed out.

Hey Tidus, I'm getting back into MHWorld, but I'm finding very difficult to use the bow dash to attacks. Does frame rate have any effect on the amount of s you have? I play at 144 fps. I can avoid roars or simple sweep attacks :S I know its probably me, and I need more practice, but I was curious nonetheless.

I'm trying this with LBG, but a couple problems. 1)I can't really tell when coalescence procs because of the cancerous spare shot notifications spam. feelsbadman 2) It's hard to keep up the fanning manuever buff if I use fanning manuever as a secondary switch skill. I still really like the bubbly dance idea cause I don't sacrifice my life for damage. I saw this video and hella thought it be nice for element LBG. Eitherway, I chose this path to suffer. The augmentation was hell, but It feels like an art project lol.

I have a bubbly Dance 3 Chain Crit 1 talisman with no slots is it possible to use this or is that level 3 slot required to get the shot type up? I usually just build a raw set so I think the chameleos bow would give me the 3 slot but I'm worried I would be missing 2 slot from the other bow an not be able to get the skills I need. Also is there some way to guarantee the dango fighter level 4 or do you just reset the quest until you get it each time you hunt?
