Wow!! had no sound either. my Puffin Tv browser was blank white screen . other side loaded apps not working. Dont they test these updates before releasing it.Very bad publicity for the company. Did factory reset. Had to download my apps again. So far everything working now but looks like a very old version. is there no way to go back to the previous update.

Don't update. Xiaomi has ruined the MiBox4 experience. Internal storage access issue, sound issue, Bluetooth connectivity issue etc etc are some of the reported bugs with the update. Xiaomi suggests to factory reset. But I am afraid, if this will solve the problem or create a new one. If anyone has solve the issue with factory reset, Pls comment here. Thank you
