HDFC, SBI Retirement solution orientated funds unnai..... 80c income tax exemption was there, 5 years lockin period..... HDFC perfomed well in last 3 years around 20%return...... SBI ki insurance kuda cover chestunaru ee plan lo...... HDFC perfomed well but exit load 1% if redeem 60 years, chala yekuvva..... Chala Mutual Funds one year next, exit load 0 chesthai..... Madyalo ye avasaram vastundho teliyadhu... HDFC 60 years varuku tisko kunda undalanyey chala kastam.... Suppose 10 lacks returns withdraw chesthey below 60 years, 1% exit load 10000 amount and LTCG tax 90000 pay cheyali, total one lack dhaniki pothundhi......

Technically no tax as after 3 years LTCG is applicable and profit Upto 1 lakh in financial year is not taxable.. on investment of 1.5 lakh profit can’t be more than 1Lakh over three years

Anyone can invest. If employee invest he will get incom tax exemption under 80C. But compared to other funds ELSS funds will give less return moreover there will be lock-in period for 3 years. Better to pick other funds if the person is not an employee.

For example Naku profit 3 lacks ki one lack eighty thousand vachindhi anukondi.... Nenu 1.8 lacks withdraw chesina No tax for one lack, 80 thousand taxable income LTCG but no LTCG 10000/- tax due below under one lack..... Malli mutual fund lo invest cheyachu aa for avoiding taxation.... Is it possible ??? Okesari 10 lacks tiskoni 90 thousand LTCG tax pay cheysekantey idhey better kadha????
