canada কারো স্বপ্নের চূড়ান্ত সফলতা হতে পারেনা।সেখানে গেলেও উন্নত জীবন-যাপনের জন্য স্টাগ্রাল করতে হয়" ইয়াহিয়া আমিন ভাইয়ের কথার সার্মর্ম এতটুকুই। আর এই কথাটা ধ্রুব সত্য।

Alhamdulillah, i got the chance to study & live in Canada. From my perspective these are the reasons why many of us decided to leave Bangladesh. I'm writing down both merits & demerits. Merits to live in Bangladesh: 1. FAMILY is there, you always have someone to take care of you. 2. Festivals like Eid are celebrated in much better way. Friday Jumma prayer feels like a refresher from aloneness. Demerits : 1. Transportation is really pathetic. Buses, trains are not clean at all! Roads are not well shaped, accident is a normal thing! Roads are full of dust in summer & mud in rainy season. 2. Getting settled down is not so easy. Completing honors, master's for 7 years & still not getting a job is like a nightmare! 3. Society extremely judge you, your job & salary matters more to your aunts than your own family! 4. Population is growing but not our land. So, people need to migrate anyhow. 5. Marriage is an issue, our religion inspires us to marry in an early age, but sadly many in our society aged 35-40 can't marry because they don’t have a good financial situation!

You seem like a religious person. Tell me can you gurantee that 3 generation down the road your descendents will remain a straight Muslim.... I believe either they will become atheist or if they remain Muslims it will be a completly washed up version of Muslims who supports lgbtq agenda. So, risking your imaan is it worth it, given we are simply living temporarily on earth.

There're strict Islamophobes in Bangladesh with Muslim names, also there're very knowledgeable Islamic scholars/ preachers like Nouman Ali Khan, Mufti Menk, Ali Dawah, Muhammad Hijab & more living in the west. There're hundreds or thousands Islamic scholars who're 3rd/4th generation Muslims from their immigrant parents. In Bangladesh you got Shahbagis, Anti- Dariwala etc Islamophobes, their parents didn’t leave Bangladesh, why they got derailed?! In sha Allah, i will teach Islamic values to my future children, & in sha Allah they'll be pure Muslims. But the Hidayah is from Allah. Me & you can't give it to anyone.

আমি ইউরোপ বা আমেরিকায় এব্রড গেলাম পরে ৫বছর কাজ করে ৫ তলার ২ ফ্লাটের একটা বাড়ি বানালাম ভাড়া দেওয়ার জন্যে। আর ৫বছর কাজ করে ক্যাশ করলাম দেশে এসে ব্যাবসা বানিজ্য করার জন্যে। একটা কাজ শিখে ব্যাবসা সুরু করলাম। ব্যাবসা তে যদি সমস্যা হয় ও তাহলে বাড়ি ভারা দিয়ে ব্যাবসায় সাপোর্ট দেওয়া গেলো। এখানে আমি সমস্যার কিছু দেখছিনা। দিন শেষে আমার পরিবারকে আমারই সাপোর্ট দিতে হবে। যোগ বিয়োগ এর ফলাফল টা আমাকেই বের করতে হবে।

I was happy with my childhood of 70/80s Bangladesh; did not have much but still had people with ethics and honesty around us. Is it the case now? Alhamdulillah, like many other s, I earn a honest living , don’t have to lie, lead a relatively peaceful life, try to help as much as possible and it is possible because I am an expat. May be not smart enough to compete in BD! I would not have survived in current Bangladeshi environment where my culture , law and order and religious values are under constant attack by the sycophants with so much glee. I got my chance by the grace of Allah and so took it; our parents moved from village to urban lives , we just hopped continents. The key is keeping your values and change for better without forgetting your roots. Stay away from the fake façades and shenanigans.

He is painting everyone with the same brush stroke. Just because one lives abroad doesn’t mean he has no sense of obligation to motherland. Even if he doesn’t have that much sense, it is his own perspective or there are reasons for that stance. Dr Amin started as a great host and talker and going in the direction of a virtue signaler.

@yahiaamin Can you please make a video regarding living in Bangladesh without having Toxic Food?? At present, Food sectors are drowned with adulteration in almost every tiny part as well. I live in Australia and would like to move in Bangladesh with my family. But if my family will have to eat Toxic food for coming in Bangladesh, then still you encourage others not to move overseas? Will much appreciate your answer

love your last point. however, i find you trying to enforce the idea that migrating is bad in a very generam and partial way. i hope you'll be mindful of your audience and not try to provoke them to believe as you do (i hope that's unintentional). Your talks should involve both pros and cons fairly, which they don't unfortunately.

What a blindfolded interview about the definition of dream. The reason having a Canadian passport is a dream: 1. 80% of Bangladeshi do not apply or even get approval for Canadian valid visa. 2. Many incidents can happen during this process of getting Canadian citizenship. 3. Your travel to access all over the world is much easier with Canadian passport. 4. One of the best healthcare system that comes free of cost. Why the heck Canadian passport won’t be dream then?

কেন আপনি দেশ ছেড়ে বিদেশে যাবেন? ১) দুর্নীতি নাই। ২)আপনার প্রাণের নিরাপত্তা আছে । ৩)চিকিৎসার জন্য টাকার অভাব হবে না। ৪)খাদ্যের অভাব দেখা দিবে না। ৫)যানজট নাই। ৬) সামাজিক অধিকার পাবেন। ৭)সহজেই সফল হতে পারবেন। ৮)ন্যায় বিচার পাবেন। ৯) উন্নত জীবন যাপন করতে পারবেন। ১০)ভেজাল মুক্ত খাবার খাবেন। ১১)কাউকে ঘুষ দিতে হবে না। ১২)কাউকে তেল মারতে হবে না। ১৩)শিক্ষার অভাব হবে না। ১৪) ইয়াহিয়ার মতো পাগল হতে পারবেন না। এর পরেও কি আপনার মনে হবে বাংলাদেশ ভালো হবে?🤣
