Thank-you for the video sir. I am having similar problem. My note 6 pro's screen went off suddenly but the fingerprint sensor is working, charging is working(notification light is showing but screen is all black) and even the alarm rings but there is nothing on the screen. Please suggest what can be done about this and also please let me know if you have any branch or someone in your contact who is good at mobile repairing in or near UDAIPUR (Raj). Reply soon.

Thanks for the info bro. My redmi n 6 p had the same issue. I am in Kenya. So there is no good technicians like in our India. So I gave it to a reputed service centre. They gave it back after 6 days. It is working but getting very hot that is battery temperature ia above 43 sometimes. So I opened the back cover and saw that the steel cover for the mother board is removed by the technician. I complained them but they argue that phone was dead when I gave them and it was repaied by someone before. They know that they are saying lie. Can I put another cover for the mother board ? Will it affect phone functioning?

Hello sir, I got your number from KZfaq. I'm in a curfew restricted area and therefore cannot send you the mobile phone. My Redmi note 6 pro is facing display issue. Everything else is working including Alarm, WhatsApp calling / video calling (andaze se screen pr WiFi bhi on krdia Maine), phone is also charging, notification light is also active.
