Thanks for this video but at 6:10, I see the wifi I want to connect on but it says 'public networks are not taken in account" even if my network is in "private" mode and even if Windows defender is desactivated for private networks. Thanks if you can help me ;-)

How far is the modem to your Xaomi repeater? Is there a wall blocking the connection? Is the xoami device place inside a room separated from your modem? How many meters from the xaomi device to your phone to get a 1 bar of WIFI connection?

@Rafed Aman a friend of mine uses it with a fibre router and gets good range throughout the house but 1% packet loss occasionally, which isn't a issue unless you're gaming I'm very likely to get this pro 300m or the ac1200

Ciao, avendo la casa a due piani, ho il modem giù, e sopra non prende benissimo, se prendessi questo ripetitore, montandolo al piano di sopra che dovrebbe prendere poco, riesce lo stesso a estendere bene la linea? Si perde in velocità? O va montato sempre vicino al modem per ampliare il raggio?

We are using a 5GHz wifi, and this device only supports a 2.5GHz. Hence, it didn't work for us. Can you recommend a suitable one

because it depends where u put it and its normal that its not as good since its not near to the router the more near u put it the better it works but it will never work like the router of course

I use xiaomi Wi-Fi extender pro. It give good internet speed 10 mbps to all my 5 devices except 1 device i.e my TCL Led P755. On my LED the speed of internet reduced to half like 4 mbps . What could be the cause and solution. I have already reset my Wifi repeater and also my LED t.v. but in vain and problem not solved. I have tried several things to fix this issue but no use. Wifi extender is quite near to LED. When LED gets the same wifi internet through my Mobile hotspot, the speed is fine.

Bang mau tanya saya pas di langkah ke 3 pas konekin device nya ke jaringan ko ga bisa bisa yah padahal lampunya udh jadi biru, trus di wifinya udh ada jaringan dari mi wifinya tapi gatau kata sandinya karna blum di setting, dan langkah nya kan terhambat di pengkonekan device ke jaringan, itu solusinya gmna yah tolong jawaban nya

@@trafegon il modello è XIAOMI WIFI AMPLIFIER 2. Io lho avuto, sembra una pennetta usb. Funzionava benissimo, nonostante la compattezza ed assenza di antenna, replicava il segnale anche al piano superiore. Purtroppo non riesco a trovarlo più, per questo ho chiesto info su quest'altro modello.
