Mi vaccum mop p, radar error, LDS sensor error

Күн бұрынmy Mi vaccum mop's LDS unit went bad within a month and the service person has to replace the LDS sensor unit to get it back to work.

It was under warranty, so replacement was done free

Part was not available at that time, so took couple of days

There was no need to open back cover. Seems technician is not having much idea

How does it detect presence of mop? My robot is giving error mop not installed while cleaning repeatedly especially when it tries to climb edges.

A small doubt, there are two air vents at the back of the robot mop, does air come out of both of them? Or comes with only one. Can any one check and tell me?
