Knowing that this is a public voting and her name isn't the biggest compare to the rest of the nominees, this was for me a huge surprise win but hey, it's pretty awesome that the public voted for her because of the talent rather than popularity so good for her and the voters. Congratulations Mia 🙌

How To Have Sex and her performance had me speechless for a few hours. Such a devastating painful movie to get through and Mia was absolutely wonderful in the movie. So happy for her award 🙌

@@khaloodh58 she rlly isn’t at all bc UK person in their 20s knows who she is. We grew up watching her, this was her first big role. Jacobs had many roles even before this year he shouldn’t even have been nominated in this category 💀💀

@@elliereed9890 Too many have no idea that Rising Star is an online vote award. Last year, Daryl McCormick was actually nominated as Lead Actor and Rising Star, but still didn't win Rising Star with a Lead Actor nomination because Rising Star is voted on by the fans
