I am actually so confused..im a new viewer in the last month or so but i am losing my mind trying to figure out if she lives with her family, has her own house or if she lives in an apartment. not that its any of my business but its very visually confusing seeing her hop to all these different rooms from seemingly different places and all calling them hers 😂. And the decorating videos only make me more confused. Like her room looks like a college teen's room in their parents house but she's married?????? So she has her own place but her family is always with her but not her husband???? Its driving me crazy i feel like im missing something and i need someone to explain 💀

✨💖✨I can see guest rooms decorated just for her grandchildren. Blue skies with fluffy clouds, magic castles, happy, smiling flowers; or deep, dark blue skies with the constellations dotted in glow-in-the-dark paint, the solar system suspended from the ceiling with rocket ships suspended, flying saucers…. She will be the kind of grandmother I always wanted the chance to be. In the meantime, yes, let the girl get married. But I can’t wait to see the baby’s nursery.

Keeping the original fireplace was absolutely the best choice. It makes your house look so much more unique when comparing current trends. I think the original grout was also fine, but I loved the commitment

not going to lie, I was a bit iffy about the cloud ceiling and the green walls but once she painted the fireplace lighter it totally made those things work together. Also, I LOVE all of the furniture in that room and would gladly have all of those pieces in my own home! Basically I'm pleasantly surprised with the outcome and I honestly think Mia is so talented!

My best advice is to find an app that lets you make interior design models! Some you can even put in the dimensions of the room and if you have furniture measurements you can see if you like the way it fits before you buy! It’s hard to visualize a end result!

If you want a plant that vines relatively quickly and is super easy to care for, I highly reccomend Pothos. There are several varieties depending on what shades of green you want and they are pretty tolerant to over/under watering.

Not gonna lie, since the first renovation video started there were many times I was like "mmmm really, that color? that wallpaper?" but in the end you always make it work. Maybe not completely my style but I really like the colors and the whimsicality of it. It's really a trust the process moment, the results are amazing and you can see they scream "Mia"

@@bathulhu no, mia said a dresser her grandma got for her wedding, i think the dresser was a gift for her grandma's wedding not mia's, that's why it's an antique, also as long as i remember mia actually got the dresser since renovating her grandma's apartment room long time ago, i've seen that dresser also mia mentioned it in that video

The mid century modern dress/sideboard is timeless, love the curved doors, just so iconic of that period. Your so lucky to have it. The repros of these pieces can go for over a £1000 here in the UK sometimes even £2000. Very hard to find in charity furnishings shops now as people know their worth.

Crown moulding on the ceiling would look INCREDIBLE and would finish off the seperation between green to blue sky really really well. It is a little tricky to install but it'll be really worth it!

If you can find a Turkish furniture shop they usually have a lot of unique colour schemes for couches! We have a pink one (husbands choice funnily enough 😂)

I love it so much! It's not necessarily my personal style, lots of things I wouldn't have picked, but it works so well together and I love how fun and bright it is. Next time you layout a gallery / picture wall, draw around all your frames onto cheap lining paper and blue tack them to your wall. You can see it all laid out in full without having to tag in and out holding up frames and bonus if you mark where the hanger is you can hammer in the nails straight through the mark and be correct first time x

Looks great Mia! The fireplace looks much better, but I was so hoping you would be doing a German Schmear to cover those stones. I'm with you that it just weighs down the light hearted feel of your design!

Mia, I absolutely adore how you always want to incorporate sentimental objects into all of your spaces. Your style may not be the same as mine, but I appreciate your aesthetic & creativity. Your style is much more attainable than most of these boring, modernized house renovations.

omg I was literally just thinking “I wonder when Mia’s gonna post the living room makeover” when I was rewatching ur videos, I think it was the Mother’s Day video you could see bit of done in that video lol but literally obsessed w this! the grout being painted was definitely the move it looks so much better also obsessed w your style definitely taking inspiration from it❤️❤️❤️
