Excellent video. I like how you speak slowly, take your time, pan slow, and very non scripted content, just feels like I am a buddy walking along with you. And you don't talk non stop either which gives the viewer a break to soak in the sites virtually. I think you can do well doing real estate tours of Miami homes.

I'd say Miami is a world class city, Dubai is a just a resort town. Miami actually has an economy outside of tourism.

Truth Facts I though Dubai had a fairly diverse economy. However I could be wrong, and a lot of Florida's economy is based on tourism. I feel it is similar, but not sure with out looking into it.

Thank-you for the nice updated street views - especially after covid - let's hope things keep hopping in Miami !!! Yes, there is so much to see in Miami , and you need at least a good week to check everything out - love those boat cruises and bus tours !!! The Miami art scene is a good idea !!!

Thanks for going to Miami! First saw it in the spring of 1975! Then, it wasn't so "world-class"! Steely Dan had a BRAND NEW TRACK - on FM Radio: "Biscayne bay......Where the Cuban gentlemen sleep all day..." "Doctor Wu", 1975! By the way, on the Western side, there is Naples. Once known as "a little fishing village", has THAT place too - ever gone UPSCALE! LOVE your presentations, bro!

Lol Lived in south Florida for a year and not surprising you have to pay for wynwood walls now, truly the worst place in the US. Also the fact that pepper fountain Is still off! What?! Texas is the real best rising state for actual normal working people. Love your videos though keep it up!

You couldn't pay me enough money to live in Texas. I'll take my Florida any day of the year. As for the Pepper fountain it costs about half a million a year to operate it so take it up with the city of Miami.

@@xoxxobob61 Okay, still doesn't change the facts, there is people who prefer California and every other state. The facts are Texas is getting younger people and more substantial company headquarters and jobs while Floridas big boom is due to old people, who have location independent income and or are retired....Not sure how that addresses the issue of the fountain. I don't live there anymore so don't really care. Still an embarrassment.

Have you ever heard of the ferry ⛴ from Ft Lauderdale to Bimini Bahamas? It only takes 2 hours, that is my next adventure, been going to the Miami area for years and never knew about it!
