No hard hats, no Hi-Viz clothing (in case pilot falls in) the one at 5:16 has not even got a life jacket - absolute cowboys!

Hard hard restricts view while ascending and descending the pilot ladder.... it can cause injury to the pilot.

The pilot who was waiting to board the ship, from the pilot boat, was seen in casual dress, wearing a simple life jacket. I was wondering, what about the safety measures? No sea safe water jacket, no glouses, no head cover, no gum boots, nothing was given to him. He was boarding the ship in casual shoe. I wonder whether the respect and value for human is forgotten?

That life jacket activates if the pilot falls into the water. It cannot be preinflated because it may pose danger to the pilot restricting view and movement while working.
