Out Where the Buses Don’t Run and Evan were the two best vice episodes. Thanks for sharing this with us.

Always find these type videos really interesting. It's really hard to compare the past and present skylines since these scenes were shot at night but most of the locales haven't changed too dramatically from what I can see except the last shot at the old wrecked building, big change there. What a wonderfully shot episode from a show that really captured the 80's.

Whoever posted this. ENDLESS THANKS👍👍👍. I was born and raised in Miami also grew up and lived the 80's. Seeing how much has changed in the last 36 years words are beyond me. I both miss and appreciate it. I would drive endlessly through these areas at night especially. And not know because of how long it's been. Again thank you.

This scene and the In the Air Tonight sequence are pure cinematic gold. absolute perfect blend of film and music. nice job on finding the locations.

One of my favs. During this pandemic, I have been able to binge-watch some oldies and I love them. I would do the 80's all over again but I would have got into computers more.

Now is a packed nightmare. I work as a transit bus driver and I hated driving through that area on routes 120 or 150. It's crazy lol

This episode is one of my all time favorites and this sequence with the Dire Straits music, in the dark of the night, the way they worked in the roar of the Ferrari accelerating... it was just fantastic. I'm still a MV fan :-) I recorded about 90 of the original episodes on VHS tape back when blank tapes were $15 each :-)) Still have them but they are in pretty bad shape. Bought the first 3 seasons on DVD. Started to get kind of weird after season 3...

Absolutely AMAZING video. Gives me chills just like the original episode, which is (imho) the second best Miami Vice episode ever, only behind "Forgive Us Our Debts". Thank you.

Wonder if anyone has the filming locations for The Maze episode.
@sugarmatic4 жыл бұрын
The old hotel building featured in The Maze episode was demolished in May 1987. It used to be located at 7330 Ocean Terrace Miami Beach. If you want all the locations tho, you can find them from this site: www.miamivicelocations.org/page33.html .. The site has almost all the locations for all the episodes. And even for some other films and series filmed in Miami. Hope that helped.

@@sugarmatic Yeah I remember all the buildings on Ocean Drive were hotels dating back to the 1950's and 60's. The Blue Waters building 😉. You couldn't set foot into Ocean Drive in the 80's without being mugged. Helped very much indeed. Thank you. 😎👍✌️

@@sugarmatic Question for you. There is an episode when Tubbs finds a stash of cocaine, in some warehouses you see the Metrorail passing by there is also a railroad crossing. Not much to go by but I'm convinced it's either out of these locations. Earlington Heights, Brownsville or Allapattah. If you're able to find out give me a Hollar. 😎😉
