Get in the Derozan deal not as a destination for him but as trade facilitator 3rd or 4th team to move Herro . Get back Rui and Ayo . Fills two needs more scoring and POA defender. 1.Terry,Ayo,Smith 2.Jimmy,Jaime,Richardson 3.Duncan,Pelle 4.Rui,Nikola,Kevin 5.Bam,Kel’el,Orlando Still can shed salary (Duncan and or Terry ) plenty of FA still available. This is ridiculous . Herro is 24, a 6th man of the year winner, 20 ppg scorer on a reasonable contract. There is no need to get rid of him for nothing when we can create space by moving others like Rosier and Duncan

Duncan is a better player than Herro for the Heat. Herro can score 25, but we lose the game. It's not how much you score; it's when you score. Bam and Duncan have good chemistry.
