actually there does exist a foam kinda armrest thing from IL Motorsports as well for that part on top of the center console. Have it in my Miata as well, nice if youre resting your arm on the middle console edit: shouldve watched till the end before commenting lol

Wait. What windows switches are those? They aren't OEM? Where can i get them? EDIT: Found them. Theyre not OEM. Theyre switches for old VWs that have been mounted onto the OEM miata switch panel. Theyre switches from a VW T4 or b3/b4 passat.
