MIB2 FEC/SWaP code generator (Performance Monitor, CarPlay, AndroidAuto)

How to generate FEC/SWaP codes for MIB 2 unit to enable features like Performance Monitor, CarPlay, AndroidAuto, MirrorLink, Voice Control, AMI, navigation map region, and other #FEC/SWaP enabled features.
ℹ️ Enter hidden menu, go installed FEC/SWaP codes and display one of the valid codes. Here you can see VIN and VCRN which you will need to provide in the generator. Now go to supported codes and check which ones can be installed in your device.
Open the generator, fill in the form with VIN and VCRN, select which codes you want to generate, and use OBDeleven or VCP to upload each of the generated codes into your #MIB main unit.
ℹ️ There were other tools available before, like WhatTheFec.exe which were designed to work with raw FecContainer.fec file.
⚠️ Unit needs to be patched for SWaP. Without the patch codes will be stored as invalid.

Great help, unfortunatly i have something weird, i activated the performance monitor/mirror link (the option is available) with success but when I tried to enabled CP/AA, the activation code are ok, Full link is "enabled" but i don't have CP/AA... do you have an idea ? I installed the GEM toolbox with your other videos but when to applied the patch i get the error "no sd card or usb drive with toolbox folder were found". I have a MIB2STD (navigation + 2 SD slots) SWtrain: MST2_EU_SE_ZR_P0253T + FEC_ALL_CID_OFF_CP_OFF_SPORT_FIXED If you have an idea, thanks again for all your work, i had fun to tried and perform some modifications with odbeleven !

Thx ! The sport mode (Seat Leon 5f pre lift) appeared after starting the engine ! But, it's a retrofit MIB1 to MIB2 so i have empty value on the performance monitor. (Bar temp...) Do you know what i need to flash please ? :)

Hi mr-fix, I have applied MIB2 toolbox but I do not see there patch option (in green engineering menu), am I missing something or there is additional video tutorial for patching SWaP codes? I have version MST2_EU_VW_ZR_P0138T and part number 1Q0035864. And one additional note I have OBDeleven Pro version. I have added the codes but they show as Invalid (I suppose that's because not patched right).

Hello. Can anyone help with one issue? I checked in my MIB2 instaled codes section my VCRN, but its strange, that VIN in all valid codes is absolutely different when my car, even more longer. And new codes generated are all invaled. Any thoughts for that?

Hello there. I need some help please. I have a 2022 Arteon and I tried to do this procedure as described by you. I got stuck on step one… when I enter the installed codes, the status I see is: nieaktualne, the vin is a funny number and not my vin and the vcrn number is just 1234. What is happening? Please help ;)

Hi, I have used your AIO firmware for Seat Leon MIB2 with Harmann system. Problem is Android Auto. It worked when I initially installed it, but now does not any more. I thried different cables and 2-3 different Android phones. None of them work. Any recommended solution?

Self-generated code will not be signed with VW private key. This means that the self-generated code will be rejected by the system and marked "invalid". There are ways to bypass the signature check. Depending on your hardware version vendor (Harman, Technisat, or Delphi) there are different ways of doing it.

Jeżeli w menu nie ma AppConnect, to jednostka go nie wspiera. Dodanie kodu tego nie zmieni.

As long as you have MIB2 system and it's patched - yes.

How you see that it is patched? 1: If I click long at menu I see installed codes, not installed codes, fec/swap and ITR. 2: if I click at an installed codes to see the vin has 18 length and not 17, at the end stand „lô“ just ignore the ô? And the VCRN is 9 not 10. so also ignore the missing and just create over the generator a code?

Witam jak w inny sposób znaleźć kod VCRN? Nie wyświetlają mi sie zainstalowane kody, dlatego nie mam możliwości odczytania VCRN. VW sharan do którego dokupiłem Media MIB STD2 PQ +/Nav sprzedający dostał ode mnie vin auta i jednostka działa w moim aucie, chciałbym dołożyć mu mirror link, ale z tego co czytam musze mieć w/w kod VCRN.
