The record labels signs whos hot or got momentum....their not sign because the ppl/fans not blowing their music up....call radio stations asking to hear their music....an keep calling til they do....tell DJ to play in clubs/bars etc...the ppl gotta get them signed..

The answer is obvious! What's the main difference between One Direction and MIC LOWERY. The UK entertainment industry has ignored this group to focus on cheesy pop music!

Too R'n'B, too black music! The White British pop industry can't handle that unless it's Ed Sheeran or Adele singing it. If these guys were in America, they'd have had a stage at the very least. In the 90s, we were listening to US R'n'B, and Black British artists were all underground, never given a platform. Remember Pop Idols? Javine won a place, but they didn't want a black girl in an all white group. So they fixed it.
