Her body should have never been released to the person she had a restraining order against.

It seems the local law enforcement was looking the other way and not taking Mica's safety concerns seriously. She was harassed, harangued, tracked, and vilified up until her last moments of life. All the people in the congregation who listened to his vile sermons, the hospital that admitted her with improperly filed papers, the coroner who didn't do a thorough autopsy. So many have a hand in this tragedy. The primary person JP seems to have more rights than poor Mica did.

The fact that he got up and spoke about her death like he was telling everyone there was a party next Sunday is sickening. Rest easy Mica.

How interesting that Tom Winslow his attorney is a friend and member of his church. Where her body was found he has property that backs up to where her body was found also. The fotos of her at the pawn shop have many discrepancies the womans face and body structure do not fit her, as for the 911 call it may not be her at all, it is interesting that Winslow is an expert in the use of AI. Several bullet casings were found around as well as live ammo in the area of her body. Too many loose ends, a quick cremation, fake emotional responses. Justice must be served.

She told people she felt unsafe, told her father she was planning to buy a gun. My theory is that she left for work, stopped to buy a gun on the way, and then somehow he found out, got to her and drove her to the state park and killed her. He had been tracking her car so he probably knew she was at the gun store and he saw an opportunity once he knew she bought the gun.

Dating a minor, posting nude pics, installing tracking devices, deflating her tires, threatening her… if that is not pushing someone to do something against themselves, then I don’t know what could be. Add that an autopsy was not done and there was a bullet in a tree where she was found. Where was he? Where was his mistress? Someone must be held accountable for not taking care of this poor woman.

An alleged grieving husband would not feel adrenaline. Adrenaline would be felt by someone who just unalived someone. A grieving husband would feel grief, remorse, shock, and depression and loss. “Innocent” and “not guilty” are not the same thing! So far, this 🐺 has not been charged with anything because they have not done an exhaustive search for evidence that can be found in many places, but that certainly does not signify that he is innocent in this matter. I am so relieved that the FBI, and possibly the IRS, have come to assist local authorities. There’s a lot that simply does not add up!

She had bruises and scratches on hands and arm via the viewing of her body from family. w a demand from husband to get her cremated. He wanted to get rid of evidence.

You have to see the texts he sent out to her family afterwards, and the family claims there were bruises on her wrists and signs of struggle, while a witness heard hysterical crying prior to the shot. 🙏🌅❤️

As a DV survivor myself I had an eerie similar experience in which I had bought a pew pew for self defense & I’m NOT a pew pew person at all but as ya know it’s not as always as easy as just leaving so when I got my ducks in a row I had our son stay with my mom while I went & got us few belongings & called my dad during the 15-20 mins I was alone he kicked in back door & when I went to get the pew pew HE PULLED IT OUT & I learned in that moment he’d been watching every single move I’d made for awhile so I don’t honestly know if I’d still be here if my dad & his buddies hadn’t pulled up at just right time. So it’s very possible she didn’t do this to herself especially given his actions & words😢but do pray that if that’s case she gets the justice she deserves

Facts: several tracer / trackers removed off vehicles, slashed ties, sextortion, stalking, identity theft, theft, harassments, diminishing her to church family / congregation, evidence tampering, disturbing her corpse. Fact: 'insisted' on cremation in order for her family be able to see her! Fraud likely regarding hiding abundance of assets, know any real pastors that own a bar? suspicious fires? Fact: in relationship wealthy widower (life insurance) husband's death raises questions now. Does he have any life insurance policy on her? Mica was stalked and kept journals of his bizarre abuses. He seems to like to completely control the narrative! Did she know to much? There are some "ministries" that are just business "fake facades" means for money laundering, human trafficking's, etc. His father was convicted / accused of questionable things, family's "ministry" has roots 30 minutes or so from the park. Does attorney own property next to this "private area" of park? Is attorney knowledgeable in "AI" technology (YES) ... SO, that 2:35 minute 911 call needs REALLY needs impartial experts to review it.

The fact that she filed for or was filing for divorce, and that her husband didn’t want the divorce, absolutely gives a motive for him to unalive her or force her into unalive in her own self. I will never believe that he’s innocent. She’s been crying out for help about an abusive marriage for a long time. This guy needs to be investigated. He’s probably got some mistress on the side.

I am a family physician, so certainly no expert in suicide but unfortunately, I have had a some experience with patients tragically take their own lives and I can tell you that there most often no rhyme or reason.

The Sheriff's office said the FBI are not assisting in her death unfortunately. JP Miller would not let Mica's family see Mica after her death. In order for them to be able to see her. He forced Mica's family to sign a waiver to allow him to cremate Mica's body!?! And he did not allow an autopsy to be done even though her family wanted one! Many things have come to light about JP Miller and his behavior and the abuse Mica suffered. When she first filed for divorce in February he had her commited to a psychiatric facility! He took all her personal papers and tax returns and wouldn't give them to her. That's shown to be true because JP released a voice-mail Mica left asking for those items!? He controlled her in life and has now controlling her in death! It's a tragic story and that's why people are OUTRAGED!

There’s an interview with her father identifying a live round at the scene, which was not properly realized as evidence of foul play. Micas father also said that her hand was bruised, as if someone was forcing her to out the gun to her own head. He also thinks they used Ai to record a voice message to 911 of her location - it was extremely slowed speech. The ex husband jp Miller also was extremely quick to cremate too against her family’s wishes. I hope there’s justice.
