In the late 2010’s, Michael Bublé bought two abandoned properties and turned them into one gigantic house that’s so big - it reportedly has its very own underground hockey rink. No, seriously. In 2016, Bublé let that little tidbit slip next to Kelly Ripa. But that wouldn’t be the only time this house would make the news. During its lengthy period of construction, the nearby neighbors often complained that the fence surrounding the compound was built too high. Fortunately, once the entire process was completed, Michael’s new neighbors all appeared to forgive and forget. In fact, if anything - they were happy to have the town’s prodigal son back in the fold with one neighbor.

I know someone who worked on the house. The house was actually built around the Zamboni for the ice rink so no huge doors needed to bring the machine in. The elementary school across the road has permission to use the indoor ice rink as they please. Mike is one GREAT GUY!

I find your descriptions of where Michael has lived kind of humourous. eg. He grew up in Burnaby but got his start in Vancouver? Burnaby and Vancouver are divided by just one street known as Boundary Road. eg. West Vancouver is not all that far from Vancouver itself. Just across the Lion's Gate Bridge and then a few kilometres west on the #1 highway. Just 35 kilometres from the east end of Burnaby to West Vancouver itself.

Well everybody don't have a family like Michael you know some families love to get together and have a good time and then you have other families that just love to get together in argue & fight over little in small things 😑 would I want to live where I grew up at 🤔?? yes over time the old area change the safety is better so I don't have a problem living where I grew up at 😊 now his taste in his decor can't even put in words if I didn't know no better I would swear this man was gay 🏳️‍🌈 because his style knocks just about every gay interior designs out the box 👏🙌👐🏻 this is a compliment coming from a black African-American gay man 🏳️‍🌈 Michael has more class & sophistication in his first house that I've seen a lot of these so-called Big Time interior or fashion designers have 😃 and what he did for the housekeeper who took care of his grandfather beautiful in she deserves it I hope she lives to enjoy it for many years I give this video blog nine (9) thumbs up 👍🏿👍🏿👍🏿👍🏿👍🏿👍🏿👍🏿👍🏿👍🏿👍🏿out of 10 why just nine because the 10th thumbs up I'm giving to the housekeeper 👍🏿 as always no disrespect intended New York City USA ❤️🤍💛🧡💚💜💙🤎🖤

I'm sorry but that is not $4million hahahahaa. It's like $2-$3million per lot in that neighbourhood so $20million just for the land minimum, then add on the mansion.
