None of the measures helped, they locked the whole facility down and people could not have visitors for 2 1/2 years. Of course there was a severe uptick in violence after that point. Staff and vulnerable clients were seriously injured frequently. Forcing, manipulating, and coercing people to get vaccines and wear masks is actually quite unconstitutional. If you were around the severely disabled at this time, it was clear their rights and ours were being violated at the whims of unelected health administrators
