I totally agree! However, the critical thinking skills needed by the general public to see what is obviously bad for them versus what might be good have been diluted so much over the last few decades, I kind of doubt we'll be out of trouble any time soon. Can anyone explain to me what a "conflicted" judge is? I'm literally a lawyer and, I guess, it would mean conflict of interest, but that sure hasn't been established, unlike other court cases that *cough* some judges *cough* are delaying. Same thing as a "perfect" phone call. What the f*ck is that even supposed to mean? It was just Mother's Day, I called my Mom, we had a very nice chat. We told each other we love each other. Is that perfect? It bothers me that no one has actually called out the pumpkin on how stupid that phrasing is. This is Orwellian, folks. Words matter. Let's not let monsters steal our words. David when talking to a person on the right about the crime rate, what are some of your responses to their claims like - "Crime is lower because the left defunded the police and they're just not catching criminals" "Crime is lower because police are scared to try to catch criminals and catch a lawsuit, lose their job, or be labeled as r*cist" "Woke DAs and judges drop charges because they don't want to punish criminals that vote democrat" Just to be clear those are responses I've heard, and I have reasonable and logical rebuttals, but logic and reason isn't generally a strong suit for the people making these claims - so I would like to hear how you would respond. I assume they think a courthouse should be refurbished and redecorated just for Trump. Court isn't supposed to be luxurious or fun. I doubt they care about John Doe when he's in the docket. Just like Trump telling cops to hit suspects (who could be innocent of any crime, mind you) in the head when they're being put in cop cars. These guys probably think courtrooms should be painful and unpleasant for everyone else, just not God Emporer Trump.

She’s saying, because remember when Trump was asked if “women should be punished” he said, “yes, there should be some type of punishment”. So now people are saying, why are only women being punished? It takes two to make a baby. She’s saying if women have to carry a baby to term even if they know it is not going to make it, risking the life of the woman carrying that baby. Then why shouldn’t men have some sort of punishment as well, when they get a woman pregnant and walk out on them. So she’s saying, shouldn’t there be 2 forms of Justice? Not that of just against women, but against the men who help those women make the baby? That’s what she is saying but she didn’t state it as a question. She stated it as a fact, like someone said it should be done already. Only people who have said it should be done are Pro-Choice people. I am pro choice myself, I’ve seen this being circulated. That if a women gets punished the man should too.

I think the caller is saying, why are all the laws and controls against women when it takes two people to create a pregnancy. Why not laws/controls on male birth control or vasectomies since women can’t get pregnant without the men. All restrictions rest on the women and none on the men. 🤷🏻♀️ That’s what I interpret from her call.

David, I like you & I'm normally right there with you but I think you've mischaracterized the "defund the police" movement. Dems don't want to end police, they want police reform! Why do they send police, alone, to do "wellness checks"? Should they not have someone educated in mental health, ACCOMPANIED by police do the checking? Police are not educated for these types of cases. There are cases where people they were supposed to be checking up on ended up dead at the hands of the police because they escalated the issue rather than de-escalate it. Thus the "defund the police" and "fund mental health workers" movement. I'm not an American but I follow a lot of American channels & that's how it was always explained to me by these channels.
