Although Cohen seems to have turned around and regretted his involvement with Trump, let's not forget that the underlying drive has always been for self-benefit. It was done for self-benefit to be Trump's lackey then, and it is for self-benefit to be "truthful" and "honest" against him now. That is the one common characteristic everyone around Trump possesses; they are leeches, and that's why Trump has so little respect and loyalty towards them. I wouldn't go as far as to claim Cohen is becoming a solid citizen, but I do agree he is in a higher category than the Roger Stones or Rudy Giuliani's category of irredeemables, akin to someone who is completely morally corrupt down to their soul.

I think Mr. Cohen's perspective on this is priceless. His 'been there, done that, got the tee shirt", is HIS genuine inside knowledge of the ways Trump (predictably) behaves. How he connives, deflects, shucks and jives....moving the goalposts mid-game, etc.... Now, although there may be day to day shifts and glitches, basically Cohen's reputation is restored. Moreover, he has re-gained the respect of others who watched how he chose to take responsibility - pay his debt to society - and then move on. Using that dreadful interval to learn, grow stronger, and basically emerge way ahead of where he was previously.

As other comments have mentioned, Michael Cohen was a Trump enabler. But he has "had his come to Jesus" moment and has been "fighting Trump" ever since. Some may say it is his vendetta, but I could care less because he has been "spot on" when discussing his former employer. His niece, Mary Trump should also be listened to as she is accurate in her predictions and explanations of her Uncle's actions.

Meadows might be the only one to get a court transfer because he is just basically an admin, a glorified scheduler. He cooperated testifying against Trump. He just seems like he was over-promoted. That happens. If Meadows is willing to roll for Atlanta on Trump in a deal cut, I'd be ok with it as long as he had at least a minor sentence. I don''t see him doing 5 year RICO minimum.
